Job Description

The Food & Beverages Team Leader is responsible for supervising daily operations within the food and beverage department, ensuring high-quality service and guest satisfaction. This role supports team coordination, staff training, and efficient workflow across dining areas, or event spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support food & beverage staff during shifts

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards

  • Maintain high service quality and guest satisfaction

  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and stock management

  • Train and mentor new team members

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food & beverage service

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays


Qualifications

High school diploma; hospitality training preferred

  • 2+ years in food & beverage service, with some leadership experience

  • Strong communication and team management skills

  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

  • Flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays)
