We are many minds, with one mindset.

At Radisson Hotel Group, we are building a culture where everyone feels welcome, respected, and empowered. Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is embedded into how we hire, grow, and support our people globally

Our DEI Commitment

We actively build a diverse talent pipeline, ensuring everyone regardless of nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, or ability has equal access to opportunities, fair compensation, and the freedom to thrive. Our leaders are champions of inclusion, promoting a workplace where success is determined by talent and dedication.

Gender Equity Commitment

50% Women in Leadership by 2030. Eradicating and preventing barriers that could limit female growth at all levels and providing the tools and policies to ensure work-life balance.

Empowering Leadership

Our journey toward gender equity is gaining momentum. Today, women hold 30% of Director and above positions, a testament to the progress we’re making. Our Spotlight Sponsorship Program is at the heart of this movement, connecting high-potential women with senior leaders who champion their growth and challenge the status quo. The results speak for themselves: 28% of our first cohort earned promotions, turning potential into progress and ambition into action.

Elimination of barriers

We support our General Managers with targeted programs including flexible work arrangements, enhanced parental leave, and childcare assistance. Ensuring they can lead without limitations.

Recognition of contributions

We champion female talent through creation of a diverse talent pipeline via DEI-driven talent reviews and robust development programs. Our long-standing Pioneers campaign continues to spotlight and celebrate the stories of inspiring women across our organization.

“‘Our Employee Resource Group (ERG) is built from 14 different nationalities. This diversity enables us to reach all levels and areas of our organization, enriching our environment and driving innovation. I have witnessed firsthand the positive impact we can achieve. This group is essential for all team members as it provides a platform for sharing experiences, fostering mutual support, and driving meaningful change.’’

— John David, Manager, Leadership Development, Learning Analytics & CSO L&D Lead

"Leading the LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group has been a profoundly fulfilling experience.... Almost like IKIGAI. It's an innate human need to feel seen and to feel a sense of belonging. With this ERG, we aim to make our fellow colleagues feel like no matter where they are, they belong to a larger community. It's a long road ahead but we are proud to have kickstarted this journey" a
