Our annual global DEI hybrid conference, Diversity Week, has brought +4,500 team members together through webinars, testimonials, interactive sessions, and local hotel activities. It also gives Radisson Hotel Group the opportunity to collaborate with partners such as HERR & SPEER, a consulting and communications company that focuses on gender equality.
Our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are inclusive, employee-driven communities focused on support, awareness, and advocacy. ERGs at Radisson Hotel Group raise awareness by driving activities that support DEI, pushing the agenda forward and building a community.
