This program aims to equip hotels with tools to eliminate the barriers GMs face to having the career they want via flexible work scheduling and economic aid for family structures without affecting the business.

Global Diversity Week

Our annual global DEI hybrid conference, Diversity Week, has brought +4,500 team members together through webinars, testimonials, interactive sessions, and local hotel activities. It also gives Radisson Hotel Group the opportunity to collaborate with partners such as HERR & SPEER, a consulting and communications company that focuses on gender equality.
