Job Description

  • The Spa Massage Therapist is an ambassador of our values, combines superior guest service with forward-thinking management and always strives to bring the best out in the team.
  • The Spa Massage Therapist has a thorough knowledge of all guest services and performs professional Massage, Facial, Beauty and Wellness treatments.
  • The Spa Massage Therapist projects enthusiasm and inspires engagement in working in a multi-cultural environment resulting in a positive and healthy team culture.
  • The Spa Massage Therapist possess excellent verbal communication skills to ascertain and provide solutions for all the guests needs.
  • The Spa Massage Therapist is self-motivated to achieve financial and operational goals and is committed to personal and professional growth and development.
  • The Spa Massage Therapist is dedicated to own health and wellness to positively commit to the role, responsibilities, and wellbeing of the team.

Qualifications

  • Qualified Massage Therapist with nationally recognised Diploma (minimum 2-year course or equivalent).
  • Experience required of at least 2 years in a luxury Spa or Hospitality environment.
  • Confident and competent to perform all body treatments and home-care recommendations.
  • Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
