We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team based in Madrid, supporting recruitment across our hotels and corporate offices.

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for a broad range of hotel and corporate positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify, attract and hire exceptional talent.

This is a highly collaborative role where you'll act as a trusted recruitment partner, providing market insight, coaching hiring managers and delivering an outstanding candidate experience while ensuring recruitment processes are efficient, inclusive and aligned with our employer brand.

You'll also contribute to global Talent Acquisition projects, employer branding initiatives and strategic sourcing activities that strengthen our talent pipelines and support the continued growth of Radisson Hotel Group.

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for hotel leadership, specialist and Area Support Office positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define recruitment strategies and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Source and engage diverse talent through direct sourcing, networking, social media, referrals and other innovative attraction methods.
• Conduct competency-based interviews and manage candidate assessment throughout the recruitment process.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Coach and support hiring managers on recruitment best practice, interview techniques and selection decisions.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from initial engagement through to offer and onboarding.
• Support employer branding initiatives, recruitment campaigns, hotel openings and business growth projects.
• Utilise recruitment analytics and market insights to continuously improve hiring performance.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion principles.

• Significant experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within hospitality, retail, multi-site or another fast-paced international environment.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and seniority levels.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate engagement skills using a variety of recruitment channels.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and competing priorities.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment reporting tools.
• Fluency in English, French and Spanish are essential.
