Job Description
Do you take pride in keeping people safe and protecting what matters most? Join us as a Security Supervisor and lead our security team in ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests, colleagues, and property.
What you’ll do:
Supervise daily security operations across the hotel
Lead, guide, and train the security team to deliver consistent safety standards
Monitor CCTV, patrol premises, and ensure access control procedures are followed
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns
Maintain accurate reports and security documentation
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth guest and staff experiences
Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations
Qualifications
Previous experience in hotel or corporate security, with supervisory exposure
Strong leadership and communication skills
Knowledge of emergency procedures, first aid, and crisis management
Ability to stay calm and act quickly under pressure
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
A Yes I Can! attitude with a professional approach
