Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam Airport is a modern four-star airport hotel, conveniently located near Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam. With 281 comfortable rooms, 19 versatile meeting rooms, and one large ballroom, we host a wide range of conferences, meetings, and international events. You will learn to:
- Ensure a smooth and efficient guest journey across both Front Office, Housekeeping, and technical department in a fast-paced, high-occupancy airport environment.
- Develop the ability to anticipate and respond to peak operational moments driven by flight schedules and delays, learning how to manage sudden demand surges and maintain service excellence in a highly dynamic environment.
- Act as the first point of contact for guests and internal departments, handling incidents, resolving complaints, and managing urgent operational situations with professionalism and confidence.
- Engage with guests in a warm, proactive, and solution-oriented way, providing information, answering questions, and offering tailored recommendations for Amsterdam and its surroundings.
- Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest experiences, actively listening to guest feedback and turning challenges into memorable service moments.
- Oversee Guest Relations activities, including monitoring and responding to feedback on platforms such as ReviewPro, ensuring timely, high-quality, and brand-aligned responses.
- Ensure operational standards are consistently met across all Rooms Division departments, with strong focus on service quality, cleanliness, efficiency, and brand standards.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between Front Office, Housekeeping, Technical Department, and other operational departments to ensure seamless coordination and a consistent guest experience.
- Conduct regular quality checks in guest rooms, public areas, and meeting facilities to ensure safety, presentation, and compliance with brand standards.
- Support and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and making practical, guest-focused recommendations to the Heads of Department.
- Participate in and lead operational projects that support your development into a well-rounded Rooms Division leader in a high-volume, international airport hotel environment.

Essential ingredients:
- Currently enrolled in a hotel/hospitality management program on HBO-level or similar.
- Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!
- Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays;
- A positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
