GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Comply with the work schedule, labor regulations, disciplinary rules, and standards of conduct established by labor legislation, the Company's Internal Regulations, and all lawful instructions issued by the direct supervisor.
• Perform the duties set out in the job description and carry out assigned tasks in accordance with the performance standards applicable to the position.
• Observe all general and position-specific Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) regulations, as well as Fire Safety procedures, particularly those identified as mandatory following the workplace risk assessment.
• Demonstrate integrity, responsibility, teamwork, mutual respect, and professional cooperation at all times.
• Maintain professional and respectful behavior and communication in interactions with colleagues and supervisors, and refrain from making statements that could damage the Company's reputation or that of its representatives.
• Maintain the confidentiality of all operations, activities, and work performed throughout the duration of the employment contract and not disclose any information regarding the Company's activities to third parties.
• Maintain the confidentiality of salary and compensation information throughout the duration of the employment contract.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect the daily work schedule and the required keys at the beginning of each shift and return them at the end of the working day.
• Keep the guest room door open while servicing the room and ensure that it is properly locked upon leaving.
• Maximize efficiency and maintain an organized work environment by keeping the housekeeping trolley and vacuum cleaner clean, well-stocked, and in good working condition.
• Stock and organize the housekeeping trolley at the beginning and end of each shift with all required linen, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies.
• Separate damaged linen or linen requiring rewash and return it to the Laundry Department.
• Clean guest rooms daily in accordance with the Company's policies and operational standards.
• Remove used bed linen and bathroom linen and replace them with clean items.
• Remove all waste from guest rooms.
• Clean and sanitize guest bathrooms.
• Dust all room surfaces.
• Replenish guest amenities, promotional materials, magazines, and stationery.
• Vacuum guest rooms.
• Report any unusual situations or observations to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Report maintenance issues requiring repair.
• Do not disturb or move guests' personal belongings unless they have been discarded in the waste bin.
• Assist guests and other departments by removing food trays and service trolleys from guest rooms.
• Inform the Housekeeping Supervisor whenever a guest room displays a "Do Not Disturb" sign.
• Respond to guests' requests and needs in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner.

MINIBAR PRODUCT CARE AND MANAGEMENT

• Check the expiration dates of minibar products.
• Record and report any expired or damaged products.
• Sort and recycle used packaging materials (glass bottles and beverage cans).

COMPLIANCE WITH ROOM CLEANING TIME STANDARDS

• Comply with the average room cleaning time standard (occupied and vacant rooms): 30 minutes per room for Radisson and 50 minutes per room for Park Inn.
