Revenue Manager
Job Purpose
Drive total hotel revenue by leading revenue optimization strategies across Rooms, Sales & Marketing, Catering, and Food & Beverage. Maximize profitability through effective pricing, inventory management, distribution, and market analysis while supporting commercial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and overall hotel profitability.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and demand patterns to recommend pricing and inventory strategies.
- Lead revenue meetings by preparing forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
- Manage room inventory, distribution channels, rate parity, and third-party partnerships.
- Optimize group business by evaluating demand, booking pace, and pricing strategies in collaboration with the Sales team.
- Analyze market performance and identify opportunities to increase revenue and market share.
- Support Sales & Marketing with promotional strategies, campaigns, and brand-compliant marketing initiatives.
- Train and guide hotel teams on revenue systems, upselling techniques, and best practices.
- Ensure accurate sales reporting, CRM/database management, and revenue tracking.
- Represent the hotel at industry events and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by supporting a culture of service excellence.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the General Manager or Director of Sales & Marketing.

Preferred Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical, forecasting, and pricing skills.
- Experience with hotel PMS, CRS, Channel Manager, RMS, and distribution platforms.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of hotel sales, marketing, and revenue optimization strategies.
