We are currently seeking a Receiving Clerk to join our vibrant team. At Radisson Hotel Group, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.
As a Receiving Clerk you bring an unmatched level of dedication, a focus on delivering exceptional service, and a genuine passion for creating positive guest experiences to our dynamic Procurement Team.
Our Receiving Clerks love the hustle and bustle of life! It’s not just about stock. It’s about everything in-between
- You will exude patience, and have the personality to take own the storeroom
- As an integral part of the team, you will work proactively to ensure stock control and the smooth running of stock receiving and the storeroom
Receive and unload incoming shipments from vendors and carriers
Inspect deliveries for damage, accuracy, and compliance with purchase orders
Verify quantities and product details against packing slips and invoices
Record received goods into inventory management systems
Label, tag, and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
Communicate discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods to supervisors
Maintain organized receiving and storage areas
Assist with inventory counts and audits
Follow company safety procedures and warehouse regulations
Coordinate with purchasing and accounts payable regarding shipment issues
Qualifications
- Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
- An eye for detail
- Is a creative problem-solver
- Passionate about creating extraordinary service
- Ability to work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Likes having fun at work
- 1–2 years of warehouse, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (inventory systems, email, spreadsheets)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (pallet jack, forklift – certification preferred)
- Strong communication skills
