We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Night Auditor to join our Front Office team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the smooth running of Front Office operations during the night shift, delivering exceptional guest service through check-in, check-out, concierge assistance, and handling guest enquiries. Perform the nightly audit, manage financial transactions, postings, invoicing, and reports accurately, and ensure all procedures comply with company standards and local regulations. Conduct security rounds, maintain guest safety and confidentiality, and collaborate closely with the Night Manager and other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
Qualifications
Previous Front Office experience, ideally within a hotel environment, combined with a genuine passion for hospitality, guest satisfaction and a Yes I Can! Attitude. You are proactive, organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team. You have strong communication and IT skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage changing priorities calmly and professionally. Above all, you demonstrate integrity, take ownership of your responsibilities, and are committed to maintaining high standards of service, accuracy, and guest security.
