While our guests are busy counting sheep, we’re counting the day’s numbers – and making sure everything runs smoothly. As Night Auditor, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes night owls, jetlagged travellers and late check-ins with a big smile and a warm Yes I Can! vibe.
We’re currently looking for a full-time, enthusiastic and professional Night Auditor to join our Front Office team.
What you’ll be doing at night:
- Welcoming guests for check-in and check-out
- Handling incoming calls like a pro
- Providing info, solving issues and making guests feel at home
- Managing last-minute bookings in the system
- Making sure wake-up calls and the airport shuttle run like clockwork
- Selling snacks and drinks from our 24/7 kiosk
- Setting up early breakfasts
And behind the scenes, you’ll be the silent hero of:
- Processing and checking daily payments and corrections
- Preparing and storing reports
- Supporting accounting with financial and admin tasks
- Handling invoices and account billing
- Keeping an eye on safety, spotting anything out of the ordinary and helping out in emergencies.
Qualifications
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role (essential), preferably within the hospitality industry
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to uphold security and confidentiality procedures
- Guest-centric mindset with excellent customer service skills
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts on a rotating schedule
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills

Radisson Blu Hotel Amsterdam City Center offers 252 luxurious guest rooms, Restaurant De Palmboom and the Pastorie Bar. Other facilities include a fitness area and various meeting rooms for gatherings and conferences for up to 200 guests.
