Job Description
Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for keeping things fresh and flawless? Join us as a Laundry Supervisor and lead our laundry team to deliver impeccable standards for our guests and colleagues every day.
What you’ll do:
Supervise daily laundry operations, ensuring timely and high-quality service
Train, guide, and motivate the laundry team to meet Radisson standards
Oversee the washing, drying, ironing, and distribution of linen and uniforms
Monitor inventory levels, usage, and order supplies as needed
Ensure equipment is maintained and report any faults promptly
Uphold hygiene, safety, and cost-control standards within the department
Qualifications
Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping operations, with supervisory exposure
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and presentation
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A proactive, team-oriented individual with a Yes I Can! attitude
