Purpose of the Role
Provide independent, risk-based compliance coverage across hotel operational departments, verifying that key procedures, approvals, records and controls operate as designed without unnecessary disruption.
Key Responsibilities
- Risk-based checks across Front Office, Guest Experience, Housekeeping, Parking, Security and Engineering.
- Parking verification from vehicle entry through system registration/reconciliation.
- Employee compliance checks including attendance/punch versus paid-hours exceptions where assigned.
- Review approvals, access controls, records and segregation of duties.
- Support overtime/staffing record checks.
- Targeted Security/CCTV reviews in accordance with approved procedures.
- CAPA follow-up, internal audits and management-requested reviews.
- Maintain evidence and escalate material or repeated exceptions.
- Support departments in improving process efficiency and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years in hotel operations, internal audit, compliance, quality assurance or operational supervision.
- Front Office, Housekeeping experience is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Confident, objective communication with operational stakeholders.
- Good English and Romanian.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends and occasional unannounced night audits.
