We are currently seeking a Head Chef – Banquets to join our Culinary team. The role involves overseeing banquet kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation, and delivering memorable culinary experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily banquet kitchen operations and ensure smooth food production and service.
  • Plan and coordinate food preparation for banquets, events, and functions.
  • Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and portion standards.
  • Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with the Events and Food & Beverage teams to meet guest requirements.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Good knowledge of banquet food production and kitchen operations.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple events and work effectively in a fast-paced environmen
