What You’ll Do:
🍸 Lead and inspire a dynamic bar team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
🍸 Craft signature cocktails and elevate our beverage offering with creativity and style.
🍸 Manage bar operations — from inventory control and cost management to maintaining the highest standards of service.
🍸 Anticipate guest needs, handle enquiries with professionalism, and create those unforgettable “wow” moments.
🍸 Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
🍸 Collaborate closely with your Food & Beverage leaders to meet departmental goals and hotel targets.
What We’re Looking For:
✨ Proven experience as a Head Bartender or Senior Bartender in a high-end or busy environment.
✨ Strong leadership and mentoring skills — able to motivate and develop your team.
✨ Personal integrity and a genuine passion for hospitality.
✨ Excellent communication skills and confidence working with guests and colleagues.
✨ Familiarity with POS and inventory management systems.
✨ A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail.
