At Radisson Collection Hotel, Gran Vía Bilbao, we are seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our luxury hotel into its next chapter. This is an opportunity for an accomplished hospitality professional to further elevate the guest experience, strengthen the hotel’s reputation within the market, and continue building a culture of excellence.

We are looking for an inspiring and emotionally intelligent leader with a strong background in luxury hospitality and a proven ability to create outstanding guest experiences while driving commercial success.

As General Manager, you will:

• Hold full P&L responsibility and ensure operational excellence across all areas of the hotel.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, empowerment and exceptional service.
• Uphold and enhance Radisson Collection brand standards, ensuring memorable experiences for every guest.
• Act as a key liaison between the hotel, corporate teams and ownership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Drive business performance, implementing strategies that maximise revenue, profitability and long-term value.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the positioning of the hotel and further strengthen its standing as one of Bilbao’s leading luxury destinations.
• Champion innovation and create an environment where colleagues and guests feel welcomed, valued and inspired.

Who You Are:

• An experienced hospitality leader with a strong track record in five-star hotels and luxury environments.
• An accomplished General Manager or Hotel Manager with experience in positioning and elevating high-end properties.
• A commercially minded leader with excellent financial and operational expertise.
• A visible and engaging presence who builds trust and inspires high-performing teams.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and world-class service.
• Skilled in developing talent and fostering an inclusive and collaborative culture.
• Adaptable, thoughtful and confident in navigating a dynamic luxury hospitality environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages are an advantage.
