Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Front Office Supervisor to support the daily operation of our Front Office team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead by example, inspire colleagues and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable arrival and departure experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the daily operation of the Front Desk and ensure exceptional guest service.
- Lead and motivate the Front Office team during assigned shifts.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Support the training and development of team members.
- Ensure compliance with Radisson brand standards and hotel procedures.
- Monitor room availability, arrivals and departures to maximise operational efficiency.
- Assist with administrative duties, reporting and shift handovers.
Qualifications
- Previous Front Office experience in a hotel, with supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.
- Excellent guest service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems is an advantage.
- Well organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
