Essential ingredients:

• Preferably experience in a similar role in a large hotel with the ability to lead and motivate a team;
• Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays;
• Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!

Responsibilities:

• Independently managing various shifts (morning and evening) and correctly handing over the shift to your colleague Supervisor.
• Coaching the team during all shifts.
• Conducting various types of conversations, such as coaching, evaluation, and job interviews.
• Handling guest complaints.
• Setting up and developing various projects, such as an upsell program, internal training, etc.
• Creating a schedule for the entire department.
