Job Description
Do you have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable first impressions? We are looking for friendly, professional and service-oriented Front Desk Agents to welcome our guests and deliver exceptional experiences from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests warmly and complete check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Handle guest enquiries, requests and complaints professionally.
- Process reservations, payments and billing accurately.
- Maintain guest records and ensure data accuracy.
- Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest stays.
- Deliver exceptional service in line with Radisson standards.
Qualifications
- Previous Front Office or guest service experience in hospitality is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and passion for customer service.
- Knowledge of hotel PMS systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
