Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Flexi Food & Beverage Assistants to support our Food & Beverage team on a flexible basis. The role involves assisting with daily operations, delivering excellent guest service, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient breakfast/ dining experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are available to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
  • Set up and clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
  • Support preparation and restocking of service stations.
  • Assist with events, banquets, or special functions when required.
  • Handle guest requests and communicate effectively with team members.
  • Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Support the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality or Food & Beverage is an advantage 
  • Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a flexible approach to work.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is preferred.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
