Job Description
- Data Analysis:* Analyze sales data and revenue trends to identify patterns and opportunities for growth.
- Forecasting:* Develop revenue forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and business objectives.
- Reporting:* Prepare detailed reports on revenue performance, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Collaboration:* Work with other departments (sales, marketing, and finance) to align revenue strategies and ensure accurate reporting.
- Budgeting:* Assist in the budgeting process by providing insights on expected revenue and potential risks.
- Performance Metrics:* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue and analyze their impact on business objectives.
- Presentation:* Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Compliance:* Ensure that revenue recognition practices comply with applicable regulations and accounting standards.
- Ad-hoc Analysis:* Conduct special projects and analyses as required by management
- Market Research:* conduct market research regularly and share the insights, events happening in the direct competition
- Work with the strategy team to project future demand and analyze actual performance vs. potential to identify future revenue opportunities.
- Attend meetings/trainings and/or perform other duties as requested by management.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Hospitality Management, Finance, or related field.
- 2-4 years in F&B Revenue Analysis or similar roles.
- Age 25 to 30 Years.
- Understanding of F&B revenue streams and operations.
- Proficient in Excel, Tableau, Power BI.
- Experience in F&B sales forecasting and reporting.
- Familiarity with POS and Revenue Management Systems (e.g., Micros, Opera).
- Ability to develop and implement F&B pricing strategies.
- Strong skills in analyzing customer data for insights.
- High accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
