Purpose of the Role
Provide independent, risk-based assurance over F&B revenue and transaction controls, identify exceptions early and support prevention of revenue leakage and control failures.
Key Responsibilities
- OpenTable/transaction spot checks across revenue-generating outlets.
- Review deleted items, voids, discounts, cancellations and sensitive POS transactions.
- Targeted pre-ticket/SEND/fiscalisation sampling.
- PDQ/POS checks including timing and payment-method reconciliation.
- Support house/protocol account and revenue reconciliations.
- Camera-based posting verification and targeted CCTV closing reviews.
- F&B inventory, recipe/product, spoilage and transfer checks.
- Document evidence, raise findings and support CAPA/investigations.
- Daily handover and Compliance Dashboard input.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years relevant experience in F&B control, internal audit, revenue assurance, finance control, restaurant operations control or similar.
- Hotel, large restaurant group, hospitality, retail or high-volume transactional experience preferred.
- Good understanding of POS, cashless/card payments, voids, discounts, cancellations, pre-tickets, fiscalisation and transaction controls.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail .
- Good English and Romanian; additional languages an advantage.
- Comfortable with shifts, weekends and occasional unannounced night audits.
