Job Description

  • Maintain effectively with quality and standard of all the technical documents.
  • Prepare and type memos, incident reports, correspondence, notices and announcements.
  • Perform clerical, basic accounting and administrative duties for the Chief Engineer.
  • Maintains records and calendars of activities, appointments and upcoming events.
  • Record Utility Meter Readings and monitor daily usage.
  • Prepare daily Time Sheets and Overtime Sheets of Employees
  • Maintain records, files, drawings and catalogues.
  • Submit to Chief Engineer Mechanical, Air Condition, Electrical, Villa & Garden Log Books.
  • Prepare Duty Roster, Leave Roster.
  • Prepare Monthly Reports.
  • Procurement of Office Requisitions from General Store.
  • Preparing Inventory of Hotel and Guest Room items.
  • Receive and analyze the monthly P/L statement.
  • Prepare budget for HLP, Repairs & Maintenance & Capital Expenditure.
  • Arrange for Fire Safety Training and compile all documents related to Emergency team meetings, drills and inspections.
  • Programming of Key cards.
  • Contract and renewals of chillers, elevators, fire protection system and pest control.
  • Record documents of project works.
  • Petty cash maintenance.
  • Attend telephone calls, photocopying, sending faxes and emails.
  • Receive office visitors and provide them with desired information or referring them to appropriate staff.
  • Establish and maintain an excellent working relationship with superiors and employees.
  • Practices ‘Yes I Can’ attitude
  • Adheres to Rezidor’s Responsible Business ethics

 


Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a hotel environment is an advantage
  • Experience working with an engineering or maintenance department preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
  • Good time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle administrative challenges
