We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and commercially driven Cluster Revenue Manager to join our team and lead the revenue strategy for three hotels (approximately 230 rooms): Radisson Blu Rīdzene Hotel, Radisson Hotel Old Town Riga, and Park Inn by Radisson Residence Riga Barona.
In this role, you will be responsible for pricing, yield management, forecasting, and total revenue optimization across the hotel portfolio. Working closely with the Cluster General Manager and key commercial stakeholders, you will develop and implement revenue strategies that maximize profitability, grow market share, and achieve business objectives.
This position reports directly to the Cluster General Manager.

As a Revenue Manager, you bring a high level of strategic acumen, a goal-driven approach, and a deep commitment to optimizing revenue streams to our dynamic Revenue Management Team. Your expertise and passion for maximizing profitability will be invaluable in steering our revenue strategies to new heights.
- Analyze market trends, demand patterns, competitor pricing, and market performance to maximize revenue, RevPAR, and market share across the hotel portfolio.
- Develop and implement pricing strategies while ensuring optimal inventory management across all revenue streams, distribution channels, and market segments.
- Collect, interpret, and analyze data from Revenue Management and business systems to support strategic decision-making and identify commercial opportunities.
- Leverage Revenue Management Systems and other commercial tools to maximize revenue opportunities and improve pricing effectiveness.
- Prepare and maintain reports on market segmentation, production, displacement analysis, demand by segment, RevPAR, RGI, and other key commercial performance indicators.
- Review month-end performance, analyze results against forecasts, budgets, and implemented strategies, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
- Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly forecasts and actively contribute to the annual budgeting process.
- Balance long-term strategic planning with short-term pricing and inventory optimization to maximize profitability.
- Drive total revenue growth while achieving budgeted targets for RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, total revenue, and Revenue Generation Index (RGI).
- Build strong collaborative relationships with hotel leadership, Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations through effective communication and data-driven recommendations.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Distribution, or a similar commercial role within the hospitality industry.
- Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, with the ability to translate commercial data into actionable revenue strategies.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with hotel reservation systems (PMS), Revenue Management Systems (RMS), Channel Management Systems, or other hotel commercial platforms is considered an advantage.
