Cluster People Operations Trainee Radisson Antwerp Berchem/Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Airport (m/f/d)

  • As a People Operations Trainee you will be involved in various aspects of people operations related administration and coordination. You will work with the People Operations Team to deliver HR administrative and operational services to the employees and managers from both hotels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Cluster HR Manager, supporting with data collection, reporting, and day-to-day HR coordination and communication tasks.
  • Organize and actively participate in People & Culture meetings, calls, and work groups, while driving action plans and follow-ups to ensure progress.
  • Handle inquiries from the hotels, ensuring they are directed to the right teams and followed through effectively.
  • Provide administrative support in HR, compensation and benefits, and recordkeeping for both hotels.
  • Assist with general office organization and fleet management.
  • Manage confidential, time-sensitive information, ensuring it is handled with care and addressed promptly.
  • Support the Area Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams in their initiatives.

Qualifications

Your Profile & Skills: 

  • Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS tools and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Dutch and English, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and able to deal with change in a fast-moving environment.
