Company Description

Radisson Hotels in Madagascar is a cluster of 3 hotels located in Antananarivo, the capital of Madagascar. As Cluster Marketing & Communications Executive, you play a key role in supporting and executing the Marketing & Communications strategy across the Radisson Hotels cluster in Madagascar.

This position is designed for an experienced marketing professional with a minimum of four (4) years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Brand Management or a related field. You will independently lead key projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and contribute actively to the visibility, reputation, guest engagement and commercial success of the hotels.

Working closely with the Cluster Director of Marketing, Communications & Development, you will take ownership of PR initiatives, partnerships, content creation, digital presence, brand activations, trade marketing activities, hotel-led events and marketing budget follow-up, while ensuring alignment with Radisson brand standards and business objectives.


Job Description

Strategy Contribution & Project Ownership

  • Contribute actively to the cluster Marketing & Communications strategy discussions.
  • Translate strategic directions into structured marketing projects and action plans.
  • Manage assigned projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
  • Monitor project performance and recommend optimization opportunities.
  • Support the development of new initiatives that enhance brand visibility and business performance.

Budget Participation & Follow-up

  • Participate in the preparation and follow-up of the Marketing & Communications budget.
  • Track expenses related to assigned projects and campaigns.
  • Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets.
  • Support reporting and return-on-investment evaluations.

Public Relations (PR)

  • Develop and execute PR activities including media relations, press releases, press visits and influencer collaborations.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with journalists, media representatives and key stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility and positive media exposure.
  • Coordinate media stays, familiarization trips and influencer activations.

Content, Visuals & Brand Standards

  • Coordinate the development of marketing content and communication materials.
  • Review visuals and marketing assets to ensure quality and compliance with Radisson brand standards.
  • Support storytelling initiatives and content creation across all communication channels.
  • Ensure consistency across digital and offline communication.

Partnerships & Supplier Coordination

  • Develop and execute marketing partnerships aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate suppliers, agencies and external stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and follow up partnership deliverables.
  • Ensure positive and professional relationships with partners and suppliers.

Brand Web & Digital Presence

  • Manage updates and improvements of brand website content.
  • Coordinate digital campaigns and online activations.
  • Support SEO and digital visibility initiatives.
  • Monitor online performance and recommend improvements.

Trade Marketing & Industry Events

  • Coordinate the hotels’ participation in trade fairs, workshops, roadshows and tourism events.
  • Prepare event objectives, key messages and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams and partners to maximize opportunities.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting.

Hotel Event Conception & Marketing Activation

  • Contribute to the conception and positioning of hotel-led events.
  • Develop communication plans and event storytelling.
  • Coordinate with F&B, Events, Sales and Operations teams.
  • Support event promotion and guest engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Brand Management or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality, tourism, luxury or service industry is highly desirable and considered a strong asset.
  • Proven experience managing projects from conception to execution.
  • Experience working with media, influencers, agencies, suppliers and strategic partners.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, public relations and brand management.
  • Fluent in English and French (reading, writing and speaking).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing-related digital platforms.
