Job Description
You will be a sales driven, passionate and thrive off working with a team of talented individuals who are dedicated to deliver an exceptional service where we believe that anything is possible, whilst having fun in all that we do! Our Leisure team cover all our leased Hotels across Europe – so you will experience many different clients.
Role primarily will look after French/ Belgium leisure requests but also supporting other countries such as Spain , UK and Nordic Requests.
Key Responsibilities of the Cluster Group consultant
Ensure all Leisure enquiries are answered to RHG standard within the agreed time frame, where all aspects of the client and guest experience are delivered to the highest levels, ensuring company standards are attained and adhered to.
- Completing the agreed enquiry process through to signed contract stage, ensuring that all RHG tools are used to maximise conversion and sales opportunities.
- Participate in the conversion of inbound and outbound enquiries (where applicable) across all platforms. Contributing a sales hungry culture within the team to capture all available opportunities for the Radisson Hotel Group. Proactively look for new opportunities and cross sell at all times
- Collaborate with colleagues to maximize client and guest satisfaction, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and problem resolution.
- Develops and builds own skills, knowledge and experience at every opportunity within the meetings & events department, which aligns with the culture of growth, development and performance expected by the company.
- Responsible for doing end-to-end planning for the Nordic leased hotels and supporting another Club/Cluster when needed.

- Proven experience in meeting and events
- Ability to adapt to changing service environments
- Good at building strong relationships with existing clients and accounts
- Creativity to produce a pro-active sales culture environment
- Pro-active with a hands-on approach
- Passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to manage work ensuring that tasks assigned are delivered
- Fluent in French and English

- Keen eye for detail to ensure accurate management of all event logistics.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency in relevant software, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs and unexpected challenges.
