Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our culinary team, specializing in Room Service and Breakfast operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality breakfast and room service dishes with consistency and creativity.
- Ensure efficient mise en place and smooth service during early shifts.
- Maintain excellent standards of food hygiene, safety, and presentation.
- Work closely with the Sous Chef to ensure guest satisfaction and timely service delivery.
- Support menu development for breakfast and in-room dining offerings.
- Train and guide junior team members when required.
- In charge of the breakfast and IRD operation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role in a hotel or upscale restaurant.
- Strong background in breakfast and room service operations.
- Knowledge of Asian and International cuisine is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude and team spirit.
