Qualifications
Who you are
- Prior experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef, or Executive Sous Chef in a fine dining restaurant
- A refined culinary professional with experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, or Michelin-caliber kitchens
- A creative leader with a strong personal style and attention to detail
- Deeply knowledgeable in modern and classical techniques
- A natural mentor who inspires excellence and growth within your team
- Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences with every dish
