- Coordinate efficiently with Front Office and Concierge teams

- Assist with transportation arrangements and guest departures
- Maintain the highest standards of luxury hospitality and guest service at all times
- Passion for luxury hospitality and exceptional service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- Ability to work as part of a diverse, dynamic team
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel environment is an asset
- A proactive, solution-oriented approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- A creative, practical and proactive approach to problem solving
- Ability to focus on guest needs, using empathy, remaining calm and courteous at all times
- Ability to promote positive relations with all guests and shareholders
