Job Description

Banquet Manager :

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent hospitality and service.

  • Supervise and coordinate banquet events, setups, and service operations.

  • Coordinate with clients and other departments to ensure smooth event execution.

  • Manage food and beverage quality and service standards.

  • Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper staffing for each event.

  • Monitor revenue, expenses, budgets, and labour costs.

  • Maintain banquet equipment, inventory, and supplies.

  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate employees.

  • Monitor employee performance, engagement, and retention.

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints effectively.

  • Maintain hotel standards, cleanliness, and safety procedures.

  • Ensure teamwork and effective communication across departments.

  • Achieve banquet revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
