Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Assistant Chief Engineering, experienced with resort operations, responsible to maintain the hotel system in accordance with Radisson Blu standards to achieve optimum-operating efficiency of equipment at all times
- Ensure safety in all areas.
- Coordinate all third-party services and projects as assigned.
- Coordinate with security team on all safety related matters.
- Make sure all documents and files are updated timely and archived.
- Coordinate with all team members and store in- charge to make sure minimum quantity of stock available, track the item orders and delivery.
- Coordinate the Training and development for the team
- Appearance and Housekeeping of engineering workshops and related areas.
- Responsible for the proper organization and functioning of the Department.
- Proper programming and scheduling of manpower determine routine and Preventive maintenance schedules and ensures their implementation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in engineering, 5+ years of progressive technical experience
