Job Description
OBJECTIVE:
To support the Asset Management team in conducting market research, feasibility analysis, due diligence, and managing analytical and administrative tasks within the department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct due diligence and feasibility assessments for leased hotel projects, including financial projections for properties across Europe.
- Review investment feasibility reports for hotel renovations to assess project profitability.
- Conduct market research and compile business intelligence for various regional markets.
- Assist in the preparation of project approval documents and respond to various information requests.
- Support corporate asset management tasks, including portfolio reporting and ad-hoc performance analysis.
- Provide assistance on special strategic projects and initiatives, such as research, analysis, presentations, and financial modelling.
- Maintain and update databases, responding to related requests and inquiries.
- Prepare presentations and materials for building owner meetings, conferences, and internal committees.

Qualifications
- Eligible to work in Belgium.
- Strong analytical ability and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Excel and experience in financial modelling.
- Proficiency in English and excellent writing skills.
- Understanding and working knowledge of financial concepts and statements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Understanding of and ability to apply principles of corporate finance.
