Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct daily inspection of HVAC systems, chillers, cooling towers, and ventilation units.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Diagnose faults and repair compressors, motors, thermostats, and control systems.
Monitor refrigerant levels and check for leaks.
Maintain temperature control in guest rooms, restaurants, banquet halls, and public areas.
Coordinate with housekeeping and front office regarding guest complaints.
Maintain inventory of tools and spare parts.
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
Diploma/Certification in HVAC or Refrigeration.
2+ years of similar experience in hotel or resort maintenance.
Knowledge of central AC systems and split units.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
