We are looking for someone who brings energy, creativity, and a positive attitude to the kitchen. Beyond technical skills, we value team players who take pride in their work and enjoy delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
What You'll Do
As a Breakfast Chef (extra), you will play an important role in ensuring our breakfast service is consistently fresh, efficient, and enjoyable for every guest.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes in line with hotel standards.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen during breakfast service.
- Maintaining high levels of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Delivering excellent guest experiences through attention to detail and a service-minded approach.
- Working closely with front of house to ensure efficient kitchen operations and a positive team environment.
- Following all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
- Contributing to departmental goals and hotel initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience
- A passion for food, hospitality, and delivering exceptional guest service.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to daily challenges.
- High standards of personal integrity and professionalism.
- Strong commitment to food hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
- Work includes weekends and early morning shifts.
