Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled AV Technician for Stockholm Waterfront Congress Centre. We are looking for someone with a strong service mindset who always puts the guest first. You will report to the AV Managers.
Main Responsibilities
- Ensure all technical equipment is properly prepared and set up in conference areas.
- Service and maintenance of all AV equipment.
- Participate in the planning and execution of conferences and events.
- Lead and coordinate with hired freelance technicians.

Qualifications
We require experience within AV technology, including:

As an AV Technician, you should quickly understand clients' needs and wishes and be able to provide the best technical solution for each event organizer. The successful candidate should be self-motivated, responsible, and proactive. A positive "Yes I Can" service attitude is essential.
You must have excellent knowledge of both English and Swedish, spoken and written.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with:
- IT.
- Power consumption planning, for example in exhibition environments.
- Rigging and safety, including truss systems and chain hoists.
- Live sound, lighting, or video technician work.
- Installation of audio, lighting, video, and/or network solutions.
- OptoCore, Q-Sys, Crestron, Dante, ACN, or AMX systems, which are used within the congress center.
