We are currently seeking a Barista to join our vibrant team.  At Radisson Hotel Group, we are in search of individuals who go beyond the resume – those with character, skills, talents, and a passion for creating memorable experiences. Our Baristas have a unique flare and are able to lead and inspire their team to create the Wow Factor for our guests.

• Bar Operations: Ensure bar is stocked and run according to the operational daily procedures, specified customer service levels, employee satisfaction, and HSSE guidelines.
• Beverage preparation and Quality Control: Maintain the correct beverage preparation skills to ensure high standards of quality and service in line with JTG operating procedures and standards.
• Store Services and Product Knowledge: Full knowledge of all store promotions, company services, bar products and takeaway menu items to successfully deliver them to all customers.
• Customer Satisfaction levels: Continually look at understanding evolving customer requirements and satisfaction levels. Attend to guest special requirements.
• Internal Communication and Coordination: Work closely with store management and staff to promote positive teamwork to run an efficient operation.
• Daily and Weekly reports: Complete all bar related reports and checklists on time as required.
• HSSE & Quality: Completion of bar checklists and relevant equipment to fulfil HSSE requirements for daily operation.

• Experience in food & beverage service beneficial. 
• Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned.
• Personal integrity, with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
• Strong communication skills.
