Job Description

Location: Radisson Blu Hotel Galadari Colombo
Department: Sales & Marketing 

Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Events Sales Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. The Events Sales Manager will be responsible for driving event sales, developing client relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful events and a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle event enquiries, proposals, and sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the department’s revenue goals.
  • Follow hotel policies, procedures, and Radisson Blu brand standards.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head or Management.

Qualifications

  • Relevant academic or professional qualification in the respective field.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
