Overview:
We are seeking a service-oriented and detail-focused Reservations Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team. The Reservations Executive will be responsible for handling room reservations, guest enquiries, and booking-related activities while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a high level of guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform duties related to the assigned position.
- Work closely with the relevant department and other teams.
- Follow hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Provide excellent service and maintain professionalism.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Department Head or Management.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Previous experience in hotel reservations or a similar role is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks.
