Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Flexi Food & Beverage Assistants to support our Food & Beverage team on a flexible basis. The role involves assisting with daily operations, delivering excellent guest service, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient breakfast/ dining experience. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are available to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
Set up and clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
Support preparation and restocking of service stations.
Assist with events, banquets, or special functions when required.
Handle guest requests and communicate effectively with team members.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety procedures.
Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Support the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or Food & Beverage is an advantage
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with a flexible approach to work.
Reliable and punctual.
Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is preferred.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
