Job Description

We are currently seeking a REDGEN Creative (Reservations Administrator) to join our vibrant team. As a REDGEN Creative (Reservations Administrator), you bring together precision, efficiency and a guest-focused approach to support and elevate the Reservations Team. Your role is key in ensuring a seamless reservations process, where strong attention to detail meets a proactive mindset to enhance the overall guest experience.

  • As a REDGEN Creative (Reservations Administrator), you bring together strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • In this role, you will manage reservation enquiries, coordinate bookings and ensure all guest information is handled accurately and efficiently. While rooted in administration, this position also requires a proactive and sales-driven mindset, where you confidently convert enquiries into bookings and maximise revenue opportunities through upselling.
  • You will play a key role in supporting the reservations function by anticipating guest needs, ensuring a smooth booking journey and contributing to overall guest satisfaction. Working closely with the team, you will help maintain high service standards while ensuring the department runs efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • As part of the team, you will be passionate about delivering great service, staying organised under pressure, and bringing energy to everything you do — because here, we believe anything is possible while having fun along the way.
