DEI & People Operations Intern

Are you a Serviceøkonom/Service management student passionate about Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and eager to gain hands-on experience in HR and people operations? We’re looking for a motivated and creative intern to join our team and support both DEI initiatives and day-to-day HR activities across our organization.  

This internship is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of DEI, HR, and internal communications. You’ll play an active role in strengthening our inclusive culture while supporting operational HR tasks and cross-functional projects. 

This role is based at our Area Support Office in Copenhagen. Applicants must be enrolled in and actively attending a Danish school or university. 

Responsibilities  

DEI & Culture 

• Support the planning and facilitation of internal events such as Mental Health Week, Career Month, CPH Pride, and other team activities 

• Assist in supporting Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) 

• Contribute to DEI initiatives, ensuring inclusion is embedded across our organization 

• Work with DEI data, dashboards, and reporting to track progress and insights 

Communication & Storytelling 

• Create engaging employee stories for internal and external platforms 

• Support SoMe activities with a creative mindset 

• Design content using tools like Canva or similar 

HR & Operations 

• Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative tasks 

• Support different projects and process improvements 

• Partner with Heads of Departments across hotels to promote career opportunities and increase engagement with internal career initiatives 

• Currently studying Serviceøkonom/Service Management (or similar field) 

• Strong interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion 

• A natural storyteller with excellent written communication skills 

• Creative and comfortable working with design tools (e.g. Canva) 

• Structured, proactive, and eager to learn 

• Able to collaborate across teams and build relationships 

• Fluent in English (any Scandinavian language is an advantage)
