We are currently seeking On-Call Receptionists (Tilkallingsvikarer) to support our dynamic Front Office team. At Radisson Hotel Group, we look beyond the CV – we value personality, attitude, and a genuine passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.

As an On-Call Receptionist, you play a key role in supporting the operation during busy periods, peak hours, and when the team needs you the most. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to jump in with energy, confidence, and a service-first mindset.

Our Receptionists love the hustle and bustle of hotel life! It’s not just about check-in and check-out – it’s about everything in between.

Key responsibilities:

  • Step in and support the Front Office during peak times, weekends, and high-demand periods
  • Deliver smooth and efficient check-in and check-out experiences
  • Be a visible presence in the lobby, assisting guests and managing flow
  • Handle guest requests, questions, and challenges with a Yes I Can! attitude
  • Work closely with the team to ensure seamless operations and high guest satisfaction

  • Ability to stay calm and professional in busy situations
