PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
To provide and maintain the highest standard of personal appearance, hygiene and customer service, offering quality treatments, providing in depth knowledge and advise in respect of the spa procedures and products. Multi-Skilled Spa Therapists are to promote positive images of the spa, being pleasant, friendly and able to address problems or special requests made by guests.
TASKS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- A high standard of personal appearance and presentation is essential at all times, reflecting the luxury ambience of the spa
- Undertake full assessment of guests’ requirements and suitability of
treatments and products offered
- Carry out treatments to the highest professional standard
- Full knowledge of products and ability to sell appropriate items to individual clients
- Occasionally undertake reception duties, including cash handling
- Work as part of a team and assist colleagues in the general running of the spa
- Professional but approachable qualities required when assisting clients
- Achieve treatment and product sales targets set by the Spa Manager
- Ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness are maintained
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions and promotional events which may require working outside of normal hours
- Answer questions about available services, general property information and amenities for the spa
- Ensure that all operational equipment is well maintained

- Perform all other related duties assigned by the Management
- Comply with all standard operating procedures and policies of the spa
- Ensure guest, team and personal health and safety is maintained at all times, reporting any concerns in a timely manner
- Spa knowledge
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills

- Must be passionate about the Beauty, Health & Wellness Industry
