ABOUT THE ROLE
Kigali Convention Centre & Radisson Blu Hotel is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager – Corporate Accounts to grow and manage a portfolio of key corporate clients, driving room revenue, production, and long-term account value.
This role plays a critical part in strengthening the hotel’s corporate base business, supporting weekday occupancy, and increasing market share in Kigali’s competitive corporate and MICE landscape.
All activities will be conducted in line with Radisson Hotel Group standards and brand guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow a portfolio of local, regional, and international corporate accounts.
- Negotiate and contract corporate rates, production commitments, and commercial terms.
- Drive room night production and revenue in line with approved budgets and targets.
- Identify and convert new corporate business through active prospecting and market engagement.
- Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment.
- Prepare and respond to corporate RFPs and tenders in collaboration with Revenue Management.
- Monitor account performance and conduct regular account reviews.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline records in the hotel’s CRM and sales systems.
- Work closely with Revenue, Reservations, and Front Office to ensure rate integrity and smooth account servicing.
- Represent the hotel at trade events, networking functions, and industry platforms.

REQUIRED PROFILE
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in hotel sales, with strong exposure to corporate accounts.
- Experience within an international hotel brand is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to negotiate and manage corporate rate agreements.
- Strong commercial and analytical skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Opera PMS, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
- Demonstrates a “Yes, I Can!” service and sales culture.
- Able to understand and work within Country culture
