Job Description

Radisson Blu is seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Assistant Financial Controller to support the Finance function within a 5-star luxury resort environment, ensuring strong financial controls, statutory compliance, and accurate financial reporting in line with Radisson Hotel Group standards.

    Key Responsibilities (Summary)

    • Support month-end close, financial reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations
    • Assist with statutory compliance (PAYE, VAT, NAPSA, NHIMA, etc.)
    • Support internal controls, stock counts, audits, and brand compliance
    • Assist with treasury, AR/AP, payroll oversight, and cost control processes
    • Act in the Financial Controller’s role when required

    Qualifications

    • Minimum Qualifications & Experience

    • ZICA Licentiate/CA or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
    • Must be a Registered Member of ZICA (in good standing)
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Assistant Financial Controller or similar role within a hotel / resort environment
    • Proven hands-on experience with hospitality finance systems, including:
      • Oracle MICROS Simphony
      • OPERA PMS
      • Materials Control
      • Sage Accounting
      • Sage Payroll systems
