WE ARE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR a REDtabulous Commis to join the Kitchen team here at Radisson RED

What are we looking for?

Support CDP to ensure the section is run to the specified service levels in accordance with the recipes and SOP’s. To be mindful of all goods that are received for Kitchen as against what was ordered/required

Understand and learn specials for the respective section in implementation and menu changes according to agreed recipes, and standards. Ensure all standards are maintained always.

Support the CDP and ensuring that all mis en place lists and handovers are completed correctly on time for the next shift

Qualifications:                                  

Kitchen background / relevant qualification

Communication Skills:                    

Well-versed in English

 Experience:                                     

Experience as a commis or kitchen helper in similar organisations for a minimum of one year

• Prior experience in a kitchen is beneficial but not essential.
