Job Description

  • Strong communication skills to interact with guests and staff.
  • Physical fitness to handle luggage and perform other physical tasks.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic problem-solving skills to address guest inquiries or issues.
  • Appearance: Professional grooming and attire in accordance with the hotel's standards.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with the hotel's services, local attractions, and basic safety procedures.
  • Certifications: In some cases, First Aid or CPR certification may be required or preferred.

Qualifications

Grade 12

Tourism Diploma or Certificate

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality will be an advantage.
