- Responsible for handling the cash and cards payment.
- Arrange the ordering and delivering.
- Keep the shop clean and tidy.
- Greeting customers who enter the shop.
- Be involved in stock control and management.
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the supervisor.
- Responsible for dealing with customer complaints.
- Answering queries from customers.
- Participating in the day-to-day running of the shop.
- Being vigilant at all times and to help minimize stock loss.
- Respond to general customer enquiries received by phone or email.
- Ensure any issues concerning customer care are reported to the Shop Supervisor.

Fluency in English is required
Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage
Previous hotel or laundry experience is mandatory
Basic knowledge of laundry operations (washing, drying, ironing, folding)
Ability to operate laundry machines and equipment safely
Sorting, washing, and handling hotel linens, towels, and guest clothing
Knowledge of fabric types and proper care instructions
Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the laundry area
Ability to follow hotel policies and supervisor instructions
Good time management and ability to work under pressure
Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle laundry loads
Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
