Hospitality
Inspect, maintain, and repair kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, refrigerators, freezers, dishwashers, exhaust systems, etc.
Maintain and service laundry equipment including washers, dryers, steamers, and ironers.
Perform preventive maintenance according to schedules to avoid equipment breakdowns.
Quickly respond to urgent repair requests from kitchen and housekeeping departments.
Diagnose faults in electrical and mechanical systems and perform necessary repairs or recommend replacements.
Coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs or parts procurement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations related to electrical and gas-powered appliances.
Maintain documentation of maintenance activities and equipment history.
Assist in installation and setup of new equipment when required.
Keep maintenance tools and workshop area clean and organized.

Technical diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Refrigeration trades.
2–3 years of relevant experience in a hotel or commercial kitchen/laundry environment.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and gas systems related to commercial equipment.
Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, technical diagrams, and schematics.
Basic computer skills for reporting and maintenance logs.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under pressure.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and be on-call if needed.
